📋 Terms of Service

1. The Service

BeadPixels ("we", "us") provides an online tool that converts images into perler/fuse bead patterns. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email to register. One account per person; multi-account abuse results in termination.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

• Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be deleted with prior notice.

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are a limited, revocable license — not currency, not redeemable for cash (except per the Refund Policy).

• Earned credits expire 90 days after grant; purchased credits expire 180 days after grant.

• Subscriptions renew automatically via PayPal until cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: use automated scripts/bots to farm credits or check-ins; upload illegal or infringing content; reverse-engineer the service; resell access or share paid accounts; interfere with security mechanisms (Turnstile, rate limits).

5. Intellectual Property

• Patterns generated from your own images belong to you.

• The BeadPixels platform, algorithms, branding, and content remain our property.

• Free-tier generated patterns are for personal use. Pro/Ultra subscribers may use outputs commercially.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email or site banner. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the operator's jurisdiction.
